Protection with loving-kindness (mettā)
Mettā, a wish for the happiness and welfare of all
In simple: love for all, with no remainder
Loving-kindness meditation, samatha meditation
A serenity, a calm, a tranquillity meditation
Naturally, with protection, the protection from lack of control
Protection from violence, for peace of mind
But mettā with an exceptional quality
Moral shame (Hirī) and moral dread (ottappa), dhammas with a shield for the world
A shield of authenticity and avoidance of anonymity
Anonymity of confusion of roles
Roles like mother, aunt, sisters, ...
In the same manner, mettā, a wish in the same interest
In favour of Hirī and ottappa
And an initiative for Hirī and ottappa
Where mettā in the form of adosa with Hirī and ottappa
In the group of 19 of sobhana-sādhāraṇa cetasikā
Either all together or none otherwise
