Dhamma reading and practice at the same time.
Dhammapada 1.20
Appampi ce saṃhita bhāsamāno,
dhammassa hoti anudhammacārī,
rāgañca, dosañca, pahāya mohaṃ,
sammappajāno suvimuttacitto,
anupādiyāno idha vā huraṃ vā,
sa bhāgavā sāmaññassa hoti.
The Dhammapada: The Buddha's Path of Wisdom, translated from Pāli by Acharya Buddharakkhita
Little though one recites the sacred texts,
but puts the Teaching into practice,
forsaking lust, hatred, and delusion,
with true wisdom and an emancipated mind,
clinging to nothing of this or any other world --
One indeed partakes of the blessings of a holy life.
Vipassanā Version:
Even for a little recitation/reading of the holy texts,
but teaching into practice,
Detachment from lust, hatred, and delusion,
with true wisdom and emancipation of mind,
clinging to nothing of the current and any other world,
--
Indeed, partaking of the blessings of holy life.

Comment Box:
More the perfection in Vipassanā, more the closeness with Nibbana. Why not a quest for the same? In the comment section, a bit of time for comments with new Vipassanā Version.
