Every day peeking at one another

हर रोज़ एक दुसरे पर ताक झांक

In thoughts, gossip about the weaknesses of others

विचारों में औरों की कमजोरियां की गपशप

In actions, mindfulness about the past, of checks and whims

कर्मों में, अतीत की जांच-परख और मनमौजी की स्मृति 

None other than upādāna, entanglement of the taṇhā

उपादान के बिना ओर कोई नहीं, तृष्णा की उलझन के बिना ओर कोई नहीं।

Vipassanā through the dhātu manasikāra i.e., mindfulness of elements

विपश्यना, धातु मनशिकार द्वारा या धातुओं की स्मृति द्वारा

A resolution, a resort, to the ills of saṃsāra

संसार के दुःखों का एक समाधान, एक आश्रय 

Dhātu manasikāra in action, no more wandering of the mind

धातु मनशिकार किर्या में, फिर कोई भटकना नहीं 

Wandering to the past, entanglement with the thoughts and whims of others

अतीत की भटकना, औरों के विचारों और मनमौजी में उलझन
