Tongue Kasina
The simplest way,
Every time, every day,
Ākasa kasina, in a way,
Empty mouth, Ākasa kasina,
While eating, Pathvi Kasina,
While drinking, Āpo kasina,
While speaking, Vāyo kasina,
While all eating, drinking, or speaking, the tejo kasina,
Ākāsa Kasina, the elder Yudishtra, the higher,
Vipassanā, the supreme knowledge in another way the Lord Krishna,
Ākāsa kasina, the childhood game of Vipassanā,
Hunger, a craving thing, an instrumental one,
But still mouth empty, the space kasina, an alternative,
Although without hunger, without senses no war, as if already Mahaparinibbāna,
Nibbāna at the end of the war or after journey to the other shore,
But in absense of hunger before Nibbāna, the illness or self-mortification, the annihilation,
Tejo Kasina, as a senapati, the commander,
In command, transfer of control,
From pathvi dhātu to āpo dhātu or vāyo dhātu and vice-versa,
Likewise, the change of states of matter,
Solid to liquid or gas and vice-versa,
But with some conditions,
Not only kasina meditation,
Instead of every kind of meditation,
No hindrance by kamma, defilement, or kamma-result,
No lack of faith, zeal and understanding,
Hindrance by kamma,
Possession of bad kamma with immediate effect on rebirth,
No matricide, parricide, arahanticide, injury to any Buddha and schism in the Sangha,
Hindrance by defilement,
Fixation of wrong view,
Wrong view of no-cause
Wrong view of the moral ineffectiveness of action or similar effect,
Wrong view of nihilism of no cause and effect,
Or the hermaphrodites or eunuchs,
Hindrance by kamma-result,
An individual, with rebirth linking to no or only two wholesome root-causes out of three,
Three wholesome root-causes, alobha, adosa and amoha,
Lack of faith,
No faith in the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha,
Lack of zeal for the Noble Eightfold Path,
Lack of understanding,
In simple terms, a lack of mundane and supramundane right view.
