Suffering, not a curse but a choice,

Whatever the object of focus,

Whatever, the object of meditation,

For a long time or a short time,

So the current realm,

So the dimension of existence,

But craving for existence 🤤, not of advice,

Meditation on the earth element,

Meditation on the water element,

Meditation on the gas element,

Meditation on the fire element,

Meditation on the space element,

So the characteristics of existence,

Whether personal, impersonal or no existence at all,

Bad deeds 😔 only in the Niraya, the hell,

So, soon a ticket to hell,

Hunger for nutriment in the peta, the hungry ghost realm,

So, soon a ticket to peta realm,

Meditation on the 4 primary form elements,

So, soon ticket to the respective realm,

Cause and effect, the foremost law of nature.
